Women's Health Physician Assistant – Scottsdale, AZ

About the Role

Join an established, GYN practice in Scottsdale delivering care to patients ages 18-80. Enjoy 1:1 MA support, zero hospital rounding, and a true work-life balance where everyone leaves on time. Open to experienced APPs and sharp, fast-learning new grads.

Key Responsibilities

• Comprehensive Primary Care: Specialized focus on comprehensive GYN care (annuals, breast exams, Pap smears, STDs/vaginal infections, hormone therapy, pelvic health, cancer diagnosis) alongside women's endocrine care, thyroid management, and GLP-1 therapy.
• In-office procedures: IUD/Nexplanon care, colposcopies, biopsies (vulvar/endometrial), SHGs, and pessary changes.
• Manage 16-20 patients per day with dedicated 1:1 MA assistance.

Qualifications

• Active NP or PA-C license.
• Experience in Women Health is highly preferred.
• Self-motivated quick learner; Spanish language skills are a plus.
• US work authorization required (no visa sponsorship).

Schedule & Perks

• Hours: Mon-Thu 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM | Fri 7:30 AM - 2:30 PM (No regular call).
• Pay: $105K-$110K (New Grads) | $115K+ (Experienced) + 15% productivity bonus.
