Job Summary

The Director of Player Personnel works in coordination with the Head Coach and the women's basketball staff to oversee and manage the internal needs and services of student-athletes. Additionally, this position supports basketball operations and day-to-day administration of the program.

Responsibilities*

• Coordinate the day-to-day needs of women's basketball student-athletes related to practice and game preparation.
• Responsible for all aspects of women's basketball male practice players, including enlisting, retaining, scheduling and supervision.
• Assist the Director of Video and Analytics with the oversight of undergraduate and graduate managers, including helping to hire and supervise a yearly staff and maintaining the schedule for individual workouts, practices and games.
• Assist in on-court activities as directed.
• Assist the coaching staff with on-campus recruiting.
• Assist with on-campus camps.
• Assist with special events including basketball alumni relations.
• Assist the Director of Operations and collaborate with the Compliance Services Office regarding program needs.

Required Qualifications*

• Bachelor's Degree
• A minimum of 1-2 years of previous experience with a Division I women's basketball program
• Ability to communicate effectively with a range of audiences

Desired Qualifications*

• Master's Degree
