Position Summary: This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience and contribute to a key project focused on process improvement within the department. This position will be based onsite at Wonderful Pistachios and Almonds located in Los Angeles, CA. This summer internship is a 6 to 10-week program.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing materials and documentation to support the commercial opening process
  • Develop standardized process documents to ensure alignment and execution readiness
  • Support cross-functional coordination to ensure documentation accuracy and completeness
  • Contribute to the development of a commercial strategy for specific regions
  • Assist in drafting a high-level strategy document for specific regions, outlining market considerations, opportunities, and strategic direction
  • Conduct market and competitive research to support strategic recommendations
  • Develop clear, compelling PowerPoint presentations that communicate strategic insights and recommendations
  • Structure and analyze data in Excel to support commercial planning
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

 

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Must be Wonderful Scholar enrolled in the College Success program
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint (strong storytelling, framing, and communication skills)
  • Proficiency in Excel (data structuring, analysis, organizing large data sets)
  • Strong project management skills (organization, timeline tracking, follow-through)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

 

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00/hour
