What Puts You on Our Shortlist for Wood CNC Operator
- Diploma or GED required; advanced machining training preferred.
- Hands-on CNC machining experience (Haas, Mazak, Okuma, or similar).
- Confidence in reading prints and hitting tight tolerances.
- Precision, patience, and pride in quality work.
- Must be able to lift, bend, and stand throughout your shift.

What You'll Do Behind the Machine- Run CNC mills or lathes to build high-precision parts.
- Read blueprints, set up tools, and dial in the perfect program.
- Measure, inspect, and tweak as needed to hit exact specs.
- Keep the area organized and follow all safety procedures
