- CNC machine operation experience required
- Experience in cabinetry, woodworking, millwork, construction, carpentry, or manufacturing a plus
- Ability to read tape measures, blueprints, drawings, and production specifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and work throughout the shift
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
CNC Woodworking Machine Operator Responsibilities
- Operate CNC woodworking equipment used in cabinet and component production
- Load and unload wood materials safely and efficiently
- Read and interpret work orders, drawings, and production specifications
- Monitor machine performance and product quality
- Measure and inspect finished components for accuracy
- Make routine machine adjustments as needed
- Assist with production goals while maintaining quality standards
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality requirements
Pay & Schedule
- $20.00-$22.00 per hour based on experience
- Plus 10% shift differential
- Effective pay range: $22.00-$24.20 per hour
- Full-time position
- Sunday through Thursday
- 9:45 PM to 6:15 AM
