Job Description:
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Prepare and proofread documents, including GAAP financial statements, reports, presentations, proposals, and client correspondence.
- Assist with data gathering and data entry into various systems.
- Manage and maintain electronic databases/workflow systems to track jobs and produce reports for prompt delivery of information to clients and internal teams.
- Provide high level clerical / administrative support to our department leaders
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Manage multiple calendar and email accounts
- Prepare confidential documents that adhere to legal and public accounting standards
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Advanced level skills in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
- Previous experience working with accounting, auditing, or finance programs, a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong writing and grammar skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented setting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to grasp new technologies quickly
- Ability to work and communicate with multiple people at all levels in the organization
- Ability to work autonomously and efficiently
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
- Ability to take ownership of a job/project
- Previous experience in public accounting, a plus
