Pay for this position is $18.77/hour. This is an Hourly position.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Work Control Support Tech transcribes and maintains facilities related compliance documentation from source material to various hard copy and software platforms. This role requires detailed organizational skills to maintain records, ordering supplies, data entry for requisitions and purchase order documentation, prioritizes and dispatches service requests to appropriate facility department members.  Collaborates and supports environmental services with similar requirements.

Qualifications:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • Education: High School Diploma / GED
  • Experience:Two years of secretary and or administrative experience. Intermediate level in Microsoft Suite software. Proven communication and interpersonal skills in previous job or classwork. Demonstrated organization and prioritizing skills.
  • Licenses & Certifications: Valid State driver’s license

  • Other skills/knowledge:Ability to understand verbal and written instructions and to give readily understood information in both verbal and written forms. Ability to read, write, and maintain accurate documentation. Ability to follow oral and written instructions and perform secretarial duties. Ability to operate a computer at a level normally acquired through previous experience or completion of a basic computer course. Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written form. Interpersonal skills necessary in order to interact effectively with varying contacts within the organization and outside contacts such as computer hardware and software vendors.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • Education: Associates degree
  • Experience: General building system knowledge. Experience in healthcare, hospital, or institutional facilities environment
