Job Description:
Our Per Diem RNs provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a variety of acute care settings. This is an as-needed role that requires flexibility and a willingness to adapt to the changing needs of the hospital environment. You will be responsible for providing direct patient care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring positive patient outcomes.

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $60 - $90 per hour, depending on the department and specialty.

Schedule:
12-hour shifts are available for all schedules: Days and Nights.

Requirements:
Current and active NY State Registered Nurse (RN) license.
BSN required

***Must have minimum 2 years of experience in one of the above 5 specialties, within the last 3 years.***

Relevant certifications (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc.) may be required based on the department.
Floating experience
Exceptional clinical, communication, and critical thinking skills.
Flexibility and reliability are essential for this role.
