Responsibilities
Respond to client questions by phone, email, and digital messaging
Gather client preferences, dates, and reservation needs
Research accommodations, cruises, transportation, and activities
Explain available options, booking policies, and next steps
Coordinate client requests with suppliers and service providers
Provide reservation confirmations and timely updates
Assist with changes, adjustments, and special requests
Maintain accurate records of client communications
Follow up on outstanding questions and booking details
Participate in training to stay informed about booking resources
Requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused approach
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Comfortable researching information online
Basic proficiency with web browsers, email, and spreadsheets
Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines
