We're looking for personable, organized individuals who enjoy helping people, finding solutions, and making sure clients feel supported throughout their experience.

As a Client Experience Consultant, you'll communicate directly with clients, learn what they need, research appropriate options, and help coordinate the details that move their requests forward. Depending on the client, this may include scheduling, reservations, accommodations, activities, transportation, or other planning-related arrangements.

No previous industry experience is required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

What You'll Do

• Connect with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Answer questions and provide clear next-step guidance
• Research and present relevant options
• Coordinate schedules, reservations, and confirmations
• Follow up on pending requests and decisions
• Maintain accurate client information
• Assist with changes or special requests
• Provide updates throughout the process
• Help ensure details are organized and completed accurately

Hiring Process
