We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. In this role, you will assist clients by answering inquiries, providing travel-related support, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information regarding travel services, reservations, policies, and available options
- Assist clients with booking updates, itinerary questions, cancellations, and general travel support
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when appropriate
- Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions in company systems
- Follow up with clients to ensure questions and service requests have been resolved
- Coordinate with internal team members to support customer needs and travel arrangements
- Process administrative tasks related to customer service and travel support
- Maintain confidentiality when handling customer information
- Deliver exceptional service while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and common business software applications
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated home workspace
- Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries while meeting deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, travel, call center, retail, or a related field
- Experience using CRM software, customer support platforms, or reservation systems
- Familiarity with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slack, or similar communication platforms
- Experience supporting customers in a remote environment is a plus
