In this fully remote role, you'll work with clients through scheduled virtual appointments, provide exceptional customer service, answer questions, and help individuals and families understand their available benefit options.

Whether you're beginning your career or bringing experience from customer service, healthcare, retail, hospitality, banking, education, administration, or sales, we provide the training and mentorship you need to succeed.

No previous insurance experience is required. Training is provided.

What You'll Do

• Meet with clients virtually using Zoom.

• Provide exceptional customer service and client support.

• Answer client questions and explain available benefit options.

• Guide clients through the enrollment process.

• Maintain accurate client records and follow-up documentation.

• Build long-term relationships through professionalism and trust.

• Collaborate with a supportive remote team.

• Participate in weekly coaching, training, and professional development.
