Little Rock, AR Full-Time | Hourly (Non-Exempt) | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Arkansas Enterprises for the Developmentally Disabled (AEDD) is seeking a caring, dependable, and motivated Work Instructor to support adults with developmental disabilities in a structured work and training environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support participants in on-site work and training activities
  • Ensure a safe environment and monitor participant well-being at all times
  • Assist individuals in meeting production goals while maintaining quality standards
  • Track and document daily progress, goals, and production outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records, including work sheets, billing, and transportation logs

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Experience in human services or working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
  • Valid Arkansas Driver's License
  • Ability to pass background checks and drug screening (safety-sensitive position)
