Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Work Migration Engineer Sustainability to support work migration, process standardization, sustainability initiatives, and stakeholder coordination within the Oil & Gas industry.
The ideal candidate will combine engineering knowledge, sustainability and environmental compliance experience, strong process-mapping capabilities, and excellent stakeholder communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support work migration activities within the Oil & Gas industry.
Develop detailed flowcharts to document business processes, workflows, and operating procedures.
Conduct discussions and workshops with stakeholders to understand requirements and develop supporting documentation.
Obtain stakeholder alignment and approvals for documented processes and proposed solutions.
Coordinate with distributed/global execution teams to understand implementation plans and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Standardize work processes using industry best practices.
Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment with project and business expectations.
Support project documentation and collaboration using Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Visio.
Apply strong business acumen to align project activities with organizational objectives.
Support sustainability and environmental data analysis initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental, Petroleum, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
5+ years of relevant Oil & Gas industry experience.
Experience analyzing environmental requirements related to air, water, and waste.
Ability to evaluate alternatives for meeting environmental compliance requirements and communicate recommendations.
Experience with ESG reporting and assurance processes.
Understanding of Lifecycle Assessment (LCA) methodologies.
Experience with carbon accounting methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Experience
Field experience within a refinery or upstream production environment.
Experience working with geographically distributed or global teams.
Experience supporting sustainability or environmental programs within the energy sector.
