Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Travel: Required

Position Introduction:

The Work Skills Trainer is responsible for career exploration activities, job development, building employer relationships and assisting youth with disabilities ages 16-21 to gain and maintain employment.

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED and some College.
• 18 months experience in office supervision/management or student services.

Department Preferences:

• Experience working with youth with disabilities, job coaching experience and certification.
