Title Work Study Equipment Room Attendant Position Description

The Kelly Gym/Bear Paw Athletics Equipment Room Attendant will provide services to BSU Faculty, Staff and Students such as:

• laundering towels and uniforms
• issuing supplies
• tracking inventory
• other duties as assigned

Equipment Room Attendants must have open availability, including nights and weekends when needed.

Eligibility requirements:

• Must be a Bridgewater State University undergraduate student registered for a minimum of six credits for the Fall 2026 semester.
• Must have Work Study award in your financial aid package

Preferred Qualifications

• A combination of physical and technical skills
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to effectively communicate and take direction
• Experience with equipment and inventory management, and potentially some physical labor

Physical Demands

• Some physical labor, such as some heavy lifting
• May be required to work outside
