About this job:
Work closely under the direction of HVAC technicians. Performs scheduled maintenance to motorized devices, pumps and anti-flooding equipment. Prepares and cleans up the job site, taking into consideration safety concerns of self and others, and disposes of waste and flammable materials. Performs inventory control of supplies, determines product and supplies needed for work order.
