Position Information

Title Work Study Social Content & Media Coordinator for Women's Lacrosse Position Description

BSU Women's Lacrosse is looking for a Social Content and Media Coordinator for our team, who will work directly with the Women's Lacrosse Head Coach.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Create graphic design visuals for the women's lacrosse program that can be used for marketing, social media, and print.
  • Assist with photos/videos and other media content at all home events and at least 1 practice per week (nights and weekends required).
  • Assist with social media; publishing and graphics.
  • Develop a seasonal social media calendar.
  • Assist with general office duties

Eligibility requirements:

  • Must be a Bridgewater State University undergraduate student registered for a minimum of six credits for the Fall 2026 semester.
  • Must have Work Study award in your financial aid package
  • Must be available for home games in the Spring and at least 1 practice per week (flexible).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Social media experience (Instagram, tik tok, facebook, etc.)
  • Knowledge of general digital media applications such as: Canva, Adobe, or Video Editing.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain a reliable and dependable attendance record.
  • Ability to show initiative and work independently.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Familiarity with athletics is preferred, but not required.

Physical Demands

  • Involves exposure to various weather and climates.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • May involve lifting 10-20 lbs.
