Additional Job Duties/Skills/Requirements

The office assistant will work closely with our youth programs to ensure student safety and to support instructors by preparing and maintaining all necessary materials and supplies. Work-study students will assist with making copies, printing rosters, checking in students, supervising bathroom breaks and lunch periods, organizing and distributing supplies, and escorting students to and from different buildings.

  • This position may require a background check. Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

During the Fall and Spring, student employees are allowed to work a maximum of 20 hours per week and must be enrolled in 6 or more credit hours. During the Summer, holiday break and spring break student employees are allowed to work a maximum of 25 hours per week. Summer only, students must be enrolled in 3 or more credit hours. Student employees must always maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher. *This position may require a background check. Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
