WorkAbility Employment Services Case Aide Full Time: M-F and some weekends. Flexible scheduling required. Pay: $21.00+ per hour DOE (nonexempt position) Workability is a dynamic, department of local non-profit UCP of Southern Arizona who provides individualized and supportive employment programs dedicated to preparing people with varying disabilities for sustainable and fulfilling work opportunities. Our team helps our clients recognize their abilities, secure employment catered to their interests and strengths, and ensure individualized support is provided during employment for long term success for both the client and the employer. Primary Job Duties -Adhere to scheduled hours including reliable attendance, punctuality, and agreed upon availability. Agree to clock in/out of shifts using electronic timekeeping. -Manage a caseload by coordinating services, managing, and processing authorizations, managing client files, and scheduling sessions -Work at least 25-30 hours per week of direct service with your caseload members, either coaching on the job site or with job development in the office. -Provide excellent and professional customer service to businesses, counselors, coordinators, and our members and their families. -Ensure all contractually required reporting and paperwork for is completed thoroughly and within established deadlines (Which may include monthly reports, job placement forms, resumes, information analysis forms etc.) -Attend WorkAbility client matching, scheduling, and other agency meetings (both in person and virtually.) Qualifications -18 year of age or older -Associate’s degree in Behavioral Health, Special Education, Social Work, or 2 years of supervisory experience in a related field or 2 years supervisory experience in a related field. Two years as a job coach, trainer, teaching assistant, habilitatino provider etc. may subsititue for a degree and/or supervisory experience -Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) -Ability to obtain and maintain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card -Acceptable DES background check -Ability to complete FA/CPR, Article 9 training, and required WorkAbility trainings --Available to work a flexible schedule --Position requires ability to stand for extended periods of time, perform manual labor duties as needed (mopping a floor, washing dishes etc.) and be able to lift 25 pounds. --Willingness to travel between job sites --Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
