Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the Workday Adaptive Financial Analyst responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing Workday Adaptive Planning models.
• 
  
• Support budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and corporate FP&A initiatives.
• 
  
• Manage complex models with six or more key business drivers and clearly communicate assumptions and outputs.
• 
  
• Partner with leadership to provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making.
• 
  
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and reporting enhancements.
• 
  
• Contribute to the ongoing build-out and transformation of the finance organization.

Qualifications

• 
  
• 1-6 years of experience in FP&A, finance, accounting, or a related analytical role.
• 
  
• Advanced Workday Adaptive Planning experience is required for success as a Workday Adaptive Financial Analyst.
• 
  
• Demonstrated experience building and managing models with six or more variables or business drivers.
• 
  
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain model interactions and financial impacts to stakeholders.
