Job Summary: This role involves leveraging Workday Adaptive Planning to build and enhance critical workforce and financial planning models. The consultant will be instrumental in driving system improvements and supporting intricate planning, forecasting, and reporting operations. A key aspect of this position includes developing comprehensive process documentation and delivering effective user training.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and construct workforce and headcount planning models.
Implement system enhancements for planning and reporting.
Develop detailed process documentation for system functionality.
Lead or contribute to Workday Adaptive Planning implementations.
Facilitate user training sessions on implemented solutions.

Must-Have Skills:

Proven experience with Workday Adaptive Planning.
Demonstrated ability in building workforce planning models.
Experience with process documentation and training delivery.

Industry Experience:
Experience in FP&A or HR Operations, particularly within high-growth SaaS companies, is highly preferred.
