As a member of our team, you will help businesses select and implement a comprehensive portfolio of software tools—known as an enterprise system—to solve operational and financial needs. The Workday Adaptive Planning Senior Manager will execute as part of a team to implement, support, and use Workday Adaptive Planning in helping clients improve their financial reporting, planning and forecasting processes. As part of this team, the position will work with a wide variety of projects and roles.ResponsibilitiesLead implementations end-to-end while providing client teams best practices to meet their business operational goalsClient working sessions define goals and objectives for their planning cycles, and document key segments and metrics that will enable them to enhance their financial planning and analysis function to improve reporting automationLead multiple concurrent Adaptive Planning implementations and optimization engagements as solution architect for complex planning transformations, providing guidance on model design, security, reporting frameworks, workforce planning, scenario planning, and governance best practicesLead client's implementation in the design, configuration, testing, support, customization, and optimization of our clients' financial reporting, forecasting and planning system Workday Adaptive PlanningLead in the deployment and implementation of integrations between Workday Adaptive Planning and ERP systems and other systemsLead in process improvement projects, such as identifying and implementing reporting and data efficiencies to reduce client time compiling dataLeads sales and business development efforts by generating pipeline, acquiring new clients, expanding existing accounts, and building strategic relationships to accelerate revenue growthLeads, coaches, and develops team members to achieve performance goals, foster collaboration, and maintain a high‑accountability culture.Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, risks, and resource allocationServe as a trusted advisor to CFOs, FP&A leaders, Controllers, and Finance Transformation leaders on budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and enterprise performance management strategies.QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; major in accounting, finance, and/or information systems preferredMinimum of 8 years of experience in enterprise performance management (EPM), FP&A, financial systems, or consulting is preferredMinimum of 8 years Workday Adaptive Planning implementation experience and advisory experience is preferredProven experience leading minimum of 20 end-to-end Workday Adaptive Planning implementations across multiple industries and client environmentsMinimum of 6 years of corporate financial accounting experience is preferredMinimum of 3 years of corporate financial planning experience is preferredConsulting experience is requiredExperience managing multiple projects and client relationships simultaneouslyPrior people management experience, including mentoring and developing consulting teamsDeep knowledge of Workday Adaptive Planning model design, administration, reporting, OfficeConnect, Dashboards, and Scenario planning requiredStrong background in financial reporting, financial report systems, and data flows preferredAbility to demo Workday Adaptive PlanningStrong analytical and problem‑solving skillsStrong and effective written and verbal communication skillsAble to articulate business value of systems enhancements or process changeAble to communicate technical information to a non‑technical audienceExperience with process improvement and root cause analysisProficiency with Microsoft OfficeAbility to travel as needed, approximately 20%Compensation range: $178,310 - $338,030.
