    Description

    Job Description:

    • The Analyst will play a key role in supporting P&O technology to drive an exceptional employee experience. The Analyst will work with both the IT HRIS support team and our P&O stakeholders with the primary goal of understanding the business processes, data integrity, workflows, and information requirements of the users. The ideal candidate will be flexible, adaptable, process oriented, resourceful, and focused on delivering high value IT solutions.

    Responsibilities:

    • Supports configuration and functional enhancement execution for Workday CORE HCM, Reporting, Absence, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Contingent Workers, Core and Adv Compensation, and Projects and other HR Systems
    • Collaborate cross functionally to manage business needs including analyze root causes of issues or challenges prior to problem-solving, resolve incidents, manage business changes, incident triage, bug research, customer escalations, scenario re-creation, and process documentation.
    • Effectively gather, elaborate on, and communicate requirements and issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
    • Proactively take ownership and drive work and projects to completion.
    • Manage Tier 1/BAU Service Now ticket triaging

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years of experience configuring and supporting Workday modules such as CORE HCM, Absence, Timekeeping, Projects, Advanced Compensation, and Recruiting, as well as reporting.
    • 3+ years of experience in the HRIS field with exposure to and support of various HR-related systems.
    • Demonstrated experience in HRIS IT customer service, cross-functional collaboration, and relationship building.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented, results-driven, and agile work environment.
