Overview Insight Global is currently in the implementation stage of Workday and is seeking a Workday Payroll Analyst to support the Payroll Manager during this phase. This role requires strong Workday Payroll module experience with a techno-functional background.Responsibilities Assist with payroll testing, data validation, and payroll report review during the Workday implementation phaseSupport payroll compliance and audit-related activities, particularly in a regulated or government environmentAct as a trusted Workday Payroll resource for the Payroll Manager and payroll leadership teamWork directly with the Payroll Manager to support day-to-day Workday Payroll operationsAttend Workday meetings and assist with reviewing, understanding, and validating system configurationsProvide guidance related to payroll processes and Workday setup, including configuration impacts and best practicesAssist the Payroll Manager with questions, analysis, and troubleshooting (this is not an employee-facing role)Hourly Pay Range: $50-54 (dependent on experience)Qualifications Strong hands-on experience with Workday Payroll, specifically the Payroll moduleTechno-functional background (able to understand configurations and business impacts)Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant experienceExperience supporting payroll in a government, public sector, or highly regulated environmentExperience transitioning from or supporting PeopleSoft payrollDirect involvement in a Workday implementation or post-implementation phaseWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
