Workday Application Analyst- Healthcare

Job Description:

• Looking for someone to lead the support, optimization, and integration of our Workday and UKG platforms, partnering with HR, Payroll, and IT to enhance workforce technology and business processes.
• Helps drive advancement of Workday functionality, including emerging automation and AI-enabled capabilities to improve efficiency, analytics, and employee experience.
• Implements, administers, and supports assigned systems under the minimal guidance of senior members of the team. Has a thorough understanding of assigned applications, ancillary systems, and health system operations.
• Independently addresses issues and design decisions of moderate to high complexity with little or no supervision and delivers clear communication and documentation of complex concepts and issues related to applications, interfaces, data structures, and workflows across the organization.
• Provides project management and selection guidance for new applications.
• Coordinates application support with other information technology teams including Sys Admins, DBA, Networking, Reporting, and the help desk.
• Implements changes using documented procedures that are compliant with department's policies and procedures. Provides solutions to work orders, trouble tickets, and projects for assigned departments.
• Serves as Project Manager for major projects.
