Workday Business Systems Analyst

Kforce has a client in Phoenix, AZ that is seeking a Workday Business Systems Analyst to perform the analysis, design, implementation, modification, and daily functional support of Workday HCM.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support Workday HCM implementation activities, including development, testing, and deployment of key reports and system integrations to and from Workday; Build, test and deploy custom apps in Workday Extend
• Works with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies
• Design and build compelling data visualizations for reports, presentations and analytical products to highlight key insights and research findings and communicate project results internally and externally using tools like PowerBI and other AWS tools; Ensure reports are created using credible qualitative and quantitative methodologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, understand and prioritize business problems
