Job DetailsExperience: Mid LevelSalary: $90,000 - $105,000 per yearThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex system challenges, partnering with business stakeholders, and improving the employee experience through technology. You'll play a key role in supporting and optimizing the organization's Workday environment, with a strong emphasis on configuration, business process enhancements, Learning module administration, and end‑user support.This is a highly collaborative position offering strong visibility across the organization, exposure to enterprise‑scale HR technology initiatives, and excellent long‑term growth potential.What You'll Be DoingConfigure, maintain, and enhance Workday functionality across HR‑related modulesServe as a primary resource for Workday Learning administration and configurationSupport business process improvements and system optimization initiativesCreate and maintain calculated fields, custom reports, dashboards, and analyticsParticipate in system testing, upgrades, releases, and enhancement projectsTroubleshoot complex Workday issues and provide functional support to internal stakeholdersPartner with HR, Operations, and business leaders to gather requirements and implement solutionsEnsure data integrity and consistency across HR systemsAssist with documentation, training, and user adoption effortsParticipate in a rotating support schedule to assist with escalated system inquiriesWhat We're Looking For3+ years of HRIS, HR Technology, HR Systems, or related experienceHands‑on Workday configuration experience requiredExperience supporting Workday Learning, Talent, or HCM modules strongly preferredStrong understanding of Workday business processes, configuration, and security conceptsExperience building calculated fields, custom reports, and dashboardsAbility to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutionsStrong analytical and problem‑solving skillsExcellent communication skills with the ability to support both technical and non‑technical usersExperience supporting large employee populations and multi‑location organizations is a plusExperience with Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, BIRT, or Studio preferredPrior experience supporting enterprise‑level HR technology environmentsStrong Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysisA bit about usWe're building the future of the employee experience through technology, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
