Workday ERP Specialist

Lead implementation assessment, recovery planning, governance, backlog prioritization and launch readiness. Requires Workday stabilization experience across Financials, Accounting Center, Prism, Payroll, LMS, reporting, integrations and production support. Program Leadership Implementation & Recovery Management Technical Oversight Stakeholder Management Delivery Excellence Strong technical expertise across: Workday HCM Workday Financials Workday Integrations (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors) Workday Security Reporting and Analytics Workday Extend Prism Analytics Experience leading global delivery teams and managing multi-million-dollar programs. Strong understanding of Agile, SAFe, and hybrid delivery methodologies. Demonstrated experience in implementation recovery, stabilization, governance, and transformation programs.
