The Workday Finance Integration Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Workday Financials integrations with a strong focus on Prism Analytics. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, financial acumen, and product ownership to drive integration strategy, deliver insights, and ensure system reliability across Finance and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end design and implementation of Workday Financial integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Web Services (REST/SOAP).
Manage and optimize Workday Prism Analytics for financial reporting, dashboards, and data insights.
Collaborate with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into Workday solutions.
Own the Workday Finance product roadmap, prioritizing backlog items and defining user stories for enhancement delivery.
Ensure seamless integration with other systems while maintaining compliance with financial regulations and audit standards.
Oversee Workday release management, tenant refreshes, and change control processes.
Monitor integration performance and troubleshoot issues with support teams.
Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards as needed.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Technology, or related field.
7+ years of Workday experience, including 4+ years in Workday Finance integrations.
Strong understanding of Workday Financials modules - Accounting, Procurement, and Expenses.
Proven experience with Workday Prism Analytics for reporting and insights.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
Workday Certifications in Finance and/or Integrations.
Experience with Workday Extend or third-party system integrations.
Knowledge of financial data security, compliance, and audit processes.
