About This Role

We are seeking an experienced FINS Techno-Functional Lead to serve as a key liaison between Finance, Supply Chain, Accounts Payable, and Workday technical teams. This role will play a critical part in driving the design, implementation, and optimization of Workday Financials solutions by translating business requirements into scalable system capabilities.

The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of finance operations, supply chain processes, and accounts payable, combined with hands-on Workday expertise. This individual will partner closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external Workday Systems Integrators (SI) to influence solution design, challenge assumptions, and ensure business needs are effectively incorporated into system configurations and integrations.

This role requires a collaborative leader who is comfortable operating cross-functionally, navigating complex business requirements, and serving as a trusted advisor throughout the Workday ecosystem.

What You Will Work On

• Act as the primary techno-functional lead supporting Workday Financials initiatives and enhancements.
• Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Accounts Payable stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Collaborate with Workday implementation partners and Systems Integrators to review, influence, and validate solution designs.
• Serve as the bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment between operational needs and system functionality.
• Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, solution design discussions, testing, and deployment activities.
• Evaluate current-state business processes and identify opportunities for optimization through Workday capabilities.
• Support Workday integrations by defining business requirements, reviewing technical designs, and ensuring successful end-to-end functionality.
• Guide Workday Financials best practices, configuration options, and process improvements.

What You Will Bring

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.

Extensive experience supporting or implementing Workday Financials solutions.

Demonstrated ability to function in a techno-functional leadership role, balancing business priorities with technical considerations.

Experience working with Workday integrations and understanding integration architecture concepts.

Ability to interpret business requirements and evaluate technical solutions proposed by implementation partners.

Experience participating in system implementations, upgrades, enhancements, or transformation initiatives.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Proven ability to work effectively across business, technology, and external consulting teams.
