Pay Range: 70 to 73/hr on W2
Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Workday Functional Consultant with strong HCM and cross-functional Workday expertise to lead configuration, business process optimization, testing, and HR transformation initiatives. The consultant will work closely with HR, Talent, Compensation, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable Workday solutions.

Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Workday Functional Consultant with strong HCM and cross-functional Workday expertise to lead configuration, business process optimization, testing, and HR transformation initiatives. The consultant will work closely with HR, Talent, Compensation, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable Workday solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Workday HCM and related functional modules.
- Lead requirements gathering sessions and stakeholder workshops.
- Configure business processes, notifications, approvals, and security.
- Perform EIB data loads and data validation activities.
- Support unit testing, UAT, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
- Manage migration packages and change control processes.
- Troubleshoot configuration and production issues.
- Drive process redesign initiatives across contingent workforce, talent, compensation, and employee lifecycle functions.
- Document functional designs, configuration decisions, and testing results.
- Partner with business leaders to recommend Workday best practices.
- 5-8+ years of HRIS or Workday experience.
- 4+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience.
- Strong expertise across at least three Workday modules.
- Workday HCM experience is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Compensation, Talent, Recruiting, Security, and Business Processes.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience leading complex Workday initiatives from requirements through deployment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, HR Systems, or related field.
- Workday Pro Certification(s).
- Experience with Advanced Compensation, Talent, Recruiting, and Performance modules.
- Experience supporting global Workday implementations.
- Experience with India localization requirements and statutory processes.
