Job Description:

Workday HCM Analyst

Location: Minneapolis, MN - Hybrid

Pay Rate: $57.50-60

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Workday Analyst with deep expertise in Workday Core HCM, to join our team. This role will be critical in gathering requirements, documenting them, collaborating with engineers on development, and leading testing efforts. You will play a key role in ensuring our Workday solutions meet business needs and deliver value across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for Workday enhancements and configurations.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers and technical teams to design and implement solutions.
  • Lead testing efforts, including test planning, execution, and defect management.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in Workday Core HCM functionality.
  • Support payroll and other Workday modules as needed.
  • Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and Workday best practices.
  • Act as a liaison between HR, IT, and other business units to ensure smooth system operations.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Workday experience, with strong focus on Core HCM.
  • Proven track record in requirements gathering, documentation, and testing.
  • Experience partnering with engineers and technical teams to deliver Workday solutions.
  • Workday Core HCM certification strongly preferred.
  • Payroll certification or experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
