Job Title: Workday QA Tester

Location: Frisco, TX

Job Type (Permanent/Contract): Contract

Duration: Long Term

Pay Range: $40/hr

Description:

We are looking for a Workday QA Tester with experience testing Workday HCM and/or Financials (FINS) modules. The candidate should have expertise in Workday business processes, functional and integration testing, EIB/Core Connectors, regression testing, and Workday feature releases.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Create test strategy, test cases, and execute Functional, Integration, Regression, and UAT testing.
  • Test Workday modules such as HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, and FINS.
  • Validate Business Processes (BP), Security, Calculated Fields, and Reports.
  • Test EIB/Core Connector integrations and data validation.
  • Perform defect management, RCA, and test reporting.
  • Support Workday release testing and automation.
