Job Summary (Senior HRIS Analyst Workday Core HCM)
- Serve as the primary functional owner and subject matter expert for Workday Core HCM.
- Lead configuration, support, optimization, and continuous improvement of Core HCM processes throughout the employee lifecycle (e.g., Hire, Onboarding, Change Job, Termination, Organizational Assignments).
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Workday initiatives, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, implementation, and ongoing support.
- Configure and maintain business processes, validations, condition rules, notifications, and worker data management in Workday.
- Lead enhancements, releases, and projects from design through to production support.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Legal, IT, and global stakeholders to deliver scalable HR solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system, process, and data issues through root cause analysis.
- Support Workday biannual releases, testing, and adoption of new features.
- Identify and drive opportunities for automation and process improvements.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational standards.
- Utilize strong project management, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills to deliver results.
- Maintain knowledge of Workday integrations across modules such as Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Talent, Learning, Time Tracking, and Security.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of HRIS experience supporting Workday Core HCM.
- Strong expertise in Workday business process configuration and HR data management.
- Experience with Workday implementations, enhancements, releases, and production support.
- Workday Core HCM certification preferred.
