Pay Range: 69/hr to 70/hr on W2

We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration Developer to design, build, enhance, and support enterprise Workday integrations across HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting, Identity Management, Vendor Management Systems, and external vendors. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Extend, and API-based integrations.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Extend, and API-based integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Workday integrations utilizing Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, RaaS, and Workday Web Services.
- Build and support integrations with payroll, benefits providers, recruiting platforms, Beeline, AD/Okta, and third-party systems.
- Develop Extend applications, custom validations, workflows, and orchestration solutions.
- Design and implement REST, SOAP, and GraphQL integrations.
- Create and maintain data transformation solutions using XML, XSLT, and JSON.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production integration issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Implement monitoring, alerts, dashboards, and operational support processes.
- Document technical designs, estimates, and implementation approaches.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders throughout project delivery.
- 5-8+ years of software or application engineering experience.
- 4+ years of Workday Integration development experience.
- Expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Extend, Orchestration, and RaaS/WQL.
- Strong experience with REST, SOAP, and GraphQL APIs.
- Advanced knowledge of XML, XSLT, and JSON.
- Understanding of Workday security, business processes, and data model.
- Experience designing scalable and fault-tolerant integrations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Workday Integration or Extend Certification.
- Experience with MuleSoft, Workato, or other iPaaS platforms.
- Experience supporting payroll, benefits, and HR integrations.
