Job Description:
The Integration Consultant develops solutions to synchronize data between Workday’s cloud-based software and external systems.
This role partners with customer teams to gather design specifications, utilize Workday development tools to build and deploy interfaces and integrations to/from Workday’s customers' various upstream and downstream systems.
Deliver high-quality Workday solutions across multiple industries to meet clients’ business needs of increasing complexity levels with experience.
Define, build, and implement HR processes and structure, in alignment with the client’s business objectives and needs, enhancing clients’ experience and value of the Workday software, of increasing complexity levels with experience.
Actively participate in internal training updates and opportunities to share one’s skills and learnings with others within the organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Workday Integrations certification required.
6 + years of Integration experience and ability to craft, develop, and deploy end-to-end integration.
Functional application experience in the HCM domain
