This will be a flexible position targeted at 80 hours a month Days of the week with Flexible Working Hours
Pay Rate: $60 to 80/hr. on W2 ONLY
Length of Assignment: 6-12 months Contract to Hire role
Function of the group: HRIS team. Focused on specific parts and modules of WorkDay. This group focuses on HR Operations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Hands on configuration. Analyzes, design and implements Workday configuration changes for Payroll, Payroll Tax, Time Tracking, Absence. Subject-matter expert for applicable processes in Payroll, Payroll Tax, Time Tracking, Absence. Consults on the evaluation, design and analysis Payroll, Payroll Tax, Time Tracking, Absence. Gather business requirements from the business partners, configuration and specs. Build pay and earnings codes.
Technical Skills Required (3+ Years of Expereince):
1. WorkDay Payroll configuration/ Payroll taxes,
2. WorkDay Time Tracking configuration,
3. ServiceNow for ticketing and requirements,
4. HCM core data that gets loaded for all employees,
5. Absence module.
Pre-Screening Questionnaire:
1. Describe a recent complex payroll config that you complete and why were you tasked with completing it with the outcome?
2. Describe a recent complex time keeping config that you completed and why were you tasked with completing it with the outcome?
3. What was the measure of success.
Interview Process:
At least 2 rounds, hiring manager and 2nd is usually a technical screen.
