Title: Workday Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Lead

Pay Rate / Salary (Ranges OK) : $150-$175k
Overview:
We are looking for a Workday Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Lead to drive the end-to-end procurement and accounts payable process design within Workday. This individual will ensure procurement operations are streamlined, compliant, and aligned with organizational policies.
Responsibilities:
Lead design and configuration of Workday P2P processes: requisitioning, purchase orders, supplier management, invoicing, and payments.
Collaborate with procurement, finance, and operations to align system capabilities with business needs.
Implement controls for compliance, risk management, and audit readiness.
Optimize workflows for efficiency in supplier onboarding, approvals, and invoice matching.
Troubleshoot and resolve P2P issues, providing ongoing support to end users.
Deliver training and documentation for procurement teams and business users.
Qualifications:
5+ years of Workday Financials P2P configuration and implementation experience.
In-depth knowledge of procurement processes, accounts payable, and supplier lifecycle management.
Experience in Financial Services or regulated industries is highly desirable.
Strong stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
