Workday Production Support (AMS)
Key Skills
Hands-on experience with Workday functional modules (HCM / Comp / Talent / Benefits)
Strong understanding of Workday Business Process Framework
Experience in L1/L2 AMS support model and ITSM tools (ServiceNow or equivalent)
Ability to analyze cross-module functional impacts
Working knowledge of Workday reporting and data validation
Strong communication skills for HR and business stakeholder interaction
Role Summary
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 functional support for Workday modules (HCM, Compensation, Talent, Benefits), ensuring stable day-to-day operations and timely resolution of business user issues.
Key Responsibilities
Handle functional incidents and service requests, including issue triage and resolution
Perform business process and configuration troubleshooting within approved scope
Support Workday business cycles (compensation, talent reviews, benefits enrollment)
Execute standard configuration changes (BP updates, eligibility rules, validations)
Support UAT, regression testing, and release validation activities
Maintain SOPs, knowledge articles, and support documentation
Salary Range- $105,000-$110,000 a year
