Currently, we are hiring for the following position;

Job Title: Workday Project Support Coordinator
Location: Rhode Island 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Workday Project Support Coordinator to support a large-scale Workday implementation within a higher education institution. This role will play a critical part in ensuring smooth project execution by coordinating activities, maintaining documentation, and supporting cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day coordination support for the Workday implementation project (with a focus on Student, Finance, or HCM modules)
  • Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timelines are met
  • Schedule and coordinate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder sessions
  • Maintain project documentation including status reports, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and meeting minutes
  • Act as a liaison between functional teams, technical teams, and external vendors
  • Support testing cycles (SIT/UAT) by tracking defects, coordinating test schedules, and ensuring timely resolution
  • Ensure adherence to project governance and higher education compliance standards

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of experience in project coordination or project support roles
  • Familiarity with higher education processes (e.g., student lifecycle, financial aid, registrar functions) is a strong plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project)
