Description:
<\/span><\/b>Essential
Functions:<\/span><\/u><\/b><\/p>- Work directly with HR/Payroll functional
teams and technical staff to identify, analyze, design, test, implement,
and document new systems and associated procedures.<\/span>
<\/li> - Translate complex business needs to
effective design recommendations.<\/span>
<\/li> - Implement solutions to ensure that all work
streams are cohesive and that cross -functional impacts are considered and
mitigated.<\/span>
<\/li> - Provide direction to technical developers
for data conversion, complex reports, and interfaces, and support the
testing and implementation of integrations into and out of the system.<\/span>
<\/li> - Create, document and execute test plans
to validate that system updates are accurate, and the system functions as
designed.<\/span>
<\/li> - Develop, create, and maintain a variety
of reports to answer relevant business questions and communicate key HR metrics
to stakeholders in an easy -to -understand format.<\/span>
<\/li> - Design and set up security structures
across multiple modules, processes and functions in the HR systems and
data repositories and identify need for updating of policies.<\/span>
<\/li> - Advise on industry standards and leading
practices.<\/span>
<\/li> - Provide project manager with status
updates and keep them apprised of overall project status.<\/span>
<\/li> - While implementation of new systems is
underway, provide ad -hoc reports and first -level support for systems that
will be deprecated.<\/span>
