Job Summary
Workday Journeys is an Employee Experience (EX) product that allows HR administrators to create personalized, guided pathways for workers during critical moments like onboarding, promotions, or leave of absence Architect and build complex integrations using:
Workday Studio
EIB
Core Connectors (Benefits, Payroll, HCM)
REST/SOAP APIs
iPaaS/Middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.)
Workday HRIS Analyst, or Employee Experience Specialist.
8+ years of deep Workday HCM hands-on experience across multiple modules and tenants.
Configuration of Business Processes (BPs).
Master-level skills in Calculated Fields, Condition Rules, and Advanced/Composite Report building.
Proven experience architecting complex Workday Studio and Core Connector integrations.
Strong technical fluency with JSON, XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST APIs, and middleware platforms.
Experience owning end-to-end configuration, integrations, and security for Workday HCM.
Ability to manage multiple client tenants with high accuracy, urgency, and quality.
Exceptional problem-solving, debugging, and system diagnostic skills.
