" Design, develop, and maintain complex integrations using Workday Studio to connect Workday with external HR, payroll, finance, and third-party systems.
" Create and support inbound and outbound interfaces, leveraging XML, XSLT, Web Services (SOAP/REST), and middleware technologies.
" Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization to ensure reliable and secure data exchange across applications.
" Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather requirements, deploy integration solutions, and provide ongoing production support.
