Responsibilities:
Essential Functions / Process Responsibilities
- Dedicated support for testing reporting and integrations within Workday HR
- Follows Workday Change Control procedure and documentation requirements
- Supports Workday configuration team with testing and configuration review of any system or data changes
- Supports Workday data audits
- Ensures business processes are consistent and efficient across Workday modules
- Participates in testing and regression testing of bi-annual Workday releases
- Audits and tracks change impact through the platform and down to payroll and integrations
- Manages process and data audits as assigned.
Education and Experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, a related field, or comparable experience
- Experience using Workday preferred
- Prior QA or testing experience preferred
