Join our team as a dynamic leader where you'll oversee an experienced team driving the implementation and advancement of Workday technologies including reporting, integration, and analytics solutions. You'll ensure that all systems are optimized to meet evolving business requirements with a focus on security, data governance, and performance. We're looking for someone who brings a wealth of experience in Workday, paired with excellent team management skills and a passion for continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will include executing strategic initiatives, addressing configuration needs, and providing comprehensive reports for various levels within the company, from project teams to senior executives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Over 8 years in HR Technology, specializing in Workday HCM and related systems.
- In-depth knowledge in system design, calculated fields, and complex configurations.
- Proven experience in developing dashboards and sophisticated reporting structures.
- A minimum of 5 years focused on the deployment and maintenance of Workday HCM and a strong grasp of data flows and integrations.
- Experience with more than 75 Workday integrations and expertise with Workday Prism Analytics.
- Adept at balancing multiple projects with quality outcomes and strategic decision-making.
- A forward-thinking attitude geared towards innovative process changes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead development and implementation of Workday Extend solutions to meet new business opportunities.
- Oversee ServiceNow ticket management, ensuring prioritization aligns with strategic goals.
- Provide leadership and direction, fostering a team environment that values accountability and collaboration.
- Partner with HR, IT, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless integrations and upgrades across systems.
- Assess risks and manage them effectively, ensuring continuous alignment with business objectives.

Preferred Experience:
- Experience with ERP systems and Financial configuration.
- Certifications in Workday integrations, Extend, and Prism & Reporting.
- Proficient with database management tools.
- Familiarity with the latest trends in HR technology and Workday's roadmap.
