- Must have minimum 10+ years’ IT industry experience. With minimum 4 years working as a Lead.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in testing Workday implementations, including the development of detailed test plans and comprehensive E2E test cases.
- Hands-on experience supporting Workday (HCM/Payroll focus required). Deep proficiency in Workday configuration, data structure, security model, and integrations.
- Experience in designing and coordinating tests for system interfaces and data integrations.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to find proactive solutions to critical issues.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively across technical teams and business stakeholders
- Should have experience translating business requirements into technical solutions and communicate effectively across technical teams and stakeholders.
