Description
Key Responsibilities
Responsibility for Worker Dispatch
Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules
Coordinate meetings where appropriate, take and distribute minutes to project team members.
Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
Providing administrative support as needed.
Undertaking project tasks as required.
Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
Qualifications & Requirements
Have at least three (3) years' experience in human resources/employment/labour management, such as experience in an HR department or as a branch chief or plant manager.
Have completed the state-mandated Responsible Person for Worker Dispatching Undertaking seminar/training and is able to provide the certificate.
Have good knowledge of labour-related acts and laws.
Be able to conduct career development programmes and be accessible for employee consultations.
Bachelor's degree in business or related field of study
Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
