    Description

    Key Responsibilities

    • Responsibility for Worker Dispatch
    • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules
    • Coordinate meetings where appropriate, take and distribute minutes to project team members.
    • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
    • Providing administrative support as needed.
    • Undertaking project tasks as required.
    • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Have at least three (3) years' experience in human resources/employment/labour management, such as experience in an HR department or as a branch chief or plant manager.
    • Have completed the state-mandated Responsible Person for Worker Dispatching Undertaking seminar/training and is able to provide the certificate.
    • Have good knowledge of labour-related acts and laws.
    • Be able to conduct career development programmes and be accessible for employee consultations.
    • Bachelor's degree in business or related field of study
    • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
    • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
    • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    • Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
    • Ability to work on tight deadlines.
