Title: Dispute Resolution Representative II
Position Type: Temporary/Temp-Hire
Schedule: M-F, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm | On-Site
Assignment Lenghth: Contract to Hire

DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly motivated Dispute Resolution Representativ to join our clients Dispute Resolution team in Simi Valley. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in bill negotiations or California workers' compensation claims. An IEA Certificate or California Certificate of Self Insurance is a plus.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Support Dispute Resolution team members by preparing plans of action and status reports
• Contact providers to obtain bills and medical records
• Review and summarize medical documentation
• Analyze cases and assist in developing legal arguments
• Conduct telephone negotiations with providers
• Communicate professionally with providers and clients
• Manage account inventory and workflow

Requirements
• Minimum 2-3 years of bill negotiation or CA workers' comp claims experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Knowledge of California Labor Code statutes, rules/regulations, case law, and workers' compensation fee schedules a plus
• Team-oriented, collaborative approach
