About the Role:
Liberty Law Group is seeking a dedicated Attorney specializing in Workers' Compensation to join our dynamic team in Omaha, NE. This is an exciting opportunity to advocate for clients and make a meaningful impact in their lives while working in a supportive and collaborative environment. 

Responsibilities:
  • Represent clients in workers' compensation claims and hearings.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and prepare legal documents.
  • Advise clients on their rights and options regarding workers' compensation benefits.
  • Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
  • Maintain accurate case files and documentation in compliance with legal standards.
  • Stay updated on changes in workers' compensation laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with medical professionals to gather evidence supporting claims.
  • Provide exceptional client service through regular communication and updates.
Requirements:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Nebraska license required.
  • Iowa license preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in workers' compensation law.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage a caseload efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.
  • Commitment to client advocacy.
